Buyers are required to notify me should the occasion arise that they cannot keep their dog. They agree to NEVER turn the dog into a shelter.
We have separate breeding agreements for those SERIOUSLY interested in breeding. Contact us for this. All pets sold on Limited Registration which can be changed if requirements are met.

LIMITED REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

1) The puppy must be registered with the kennel name Pond Hollow.
2) Breeder Dyane Baldwin must see the dog either in person or through photos supplied as requested to decide if the dog is breeding quality.
3) That dog has all health clearances (OFA/hip x-ray, PRA DNA test if needed,& CERF exam) prior to registration being changed.
4) A title of some kind (either AKC, ACC or CKC conformation, field trial awards {licensed or sanctioned}, hunt test, working, obedience,tracking or agility) has been earned by the dog.
5) In lieu of any titles, a dog who meets the requirements of 1, 2 & 3 but not 4, the dog’s registration can be changed as long as the owner of the dog agrees to obtain Dyane’s approval of any stud dog or brood bitch to be bred with the dog named above.
