The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content and satisfaction of this guarantee. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any health guarantee.
₪ This puppy is the result of a selective breeding in which both Sire and Dam have certification of hips, elbows, heart, and eyes. Seller provides the following guarantees:
o Free from debilitating (i.e. requiring surgical interventions) hip/elbow dysplasia, as certified by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) by 26 months of age.
o Free of Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) and genetic cataracts as certified by American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (ACVO) canine ophthalmologist at 12 months of age.
o Free of Sub-aortic Stenosis (SAS) as certified by a canine cardiologist at 12 months of age.
₪ Seller does not guarantee the following:
o Osteochondritis dessicans (OCD)
o Entropian, Ectropian, or other eye conditions not listed above.
₪ In the event that this puppy is found to have disabling hip or elbow dysplasia which requires corrective surgery, up to 26 months, hereditary cataracts or congenital heart disease, up to 12 months, the Seller will refund $400.00 of the purchase price. In order to receive the refund, the Buyer must provide the seller with the following:
o Copy of OFA report stating the dog has hip or elbow dysplasia requiring surgical intervention
o Copy of report from ACVO canine ophthalmologist proving hereditary cataracts
o Copy of report from board certified canine cardiologist proving congenital heart disease
o Proof of neuter/spay by a qualified veterinarian
