To the best of the breeder's knowledge, as of the date of this agreement, the dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time Buyer assumes ownership. The puppy/dog has been immunized and De-wormed according to the attached health record. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within two (2) days (not including weekends and holidays) of receipt of puppy/dog. If, as a result of the examination, the Veterinarian determines that the puppy/dog is not in good health, then the Buyer shall elect to either keep the puppy/dog or return the puppy/dog to the Seller for a refund.
Seller warns that the puppy/dog sold hereunder is progeny of animals x-rayed and certified to be clear of hip dysplasia. If said puppy/dog develops hip dysplasia within 24 months from date of birth, the Buyer may return the dog to the Seller and will receive a replacement puppy/dog of like quality from the next available litter, or may keep the dog, which will be spayed or neutered, and the Seller will refund ½ of the purchasing cost within 10 days of receipt of certified letter and Veterinarian certification for return of the puppy/dog sold herein to the Sellers place of business. Buyer shall be responsible for taking good and reasonable care of the puppy/dog until Seller receives it. Cost and related expenses of returning the puppy/dog to Seller shall be the obligation of the Buyer.
SELLER, THE KING OF BLACK SHADOW DOBERMANS HIGHLY RECOMMENDS THAT THE PUPPY/DOG TO BE AT LEAST TRAINED FOR BASIC OBEDIENCE.
FOR YOUR SELF PROTECTION WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU OBTAIN PET HEALTH INSURANCE FOR THE PUPPY/DOG FOR ANY UNEXPECTED ILLNESS OR ACCIDENTS.
