For the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions of purchase by the Buyer of a purebred Doberman Pinscher Puppy.

Seller agrees to sell and buyer agrees to purchase a companion/pet puppy under LIMITED AKC Registration from the litter described above subject to the following terms:
1.Seller warns that the above described puppy/dog is LIMITED AKC Registered. Registration papers will be provided to the Buyer with proof of spaying/neutering of the puppy by 7 months of age sent to THE KING OF BLACK SHADOW DOBERMANS.
2.Seller warns that ANY puppy sold with Limited (AKC) Registration who is bred will result in immediate repossession of the puppy/dog and a $2,000.00 fine per puppy produced, payable to THE KING OF BLACK SHADOW DOBERMAN'S.
3.To the best of the breeder's knowledge, as of the date of this agreement, the dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time Buyer assumes ownership. The puppy/dog has been immunized and De-wormed according to the attached health record. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within two (2) days (not including weekends and holidays) of receipt of puppy/dog. If, as a result of the examination, the Veterinarian determines that the puppy/dog is not in good health, then the Buyer shall elect to either keep the puppy/dog or return the puppy/dog to the Seller for a refund.
4.Seller warns that the puppy/dog sold hereunder is progeny of animals x-rayed and certified to be clear of hip dysplasia. If said puppy/dog develops hip dysplasia within 24 months from date of birth, the Buyer may return the dog to the Seller and will receive a replacement puppy/dog of like quality from the next available litter, or may keep the dog, which will be spayed or neutered, and the Seller will refund ½ of the purchasing cost within 10 days of receipt of certified letter and Veterinarian certification for return of the puppy/dog sold herein to the Sellers place of business. Buyer shall be responsible for taking good and reasonable care of the puppy/dog until Seller receives it. Cost and related expenses of returning the puppy/dog to Seller shall be the obligation of the buyer.
5.If shipment of the puppy is requested by the Buyer, it shall be by air freight, C.O.D to a designed airport location. Buyer is responsible for costs of crate, health certificate, and insurance during shipment, and flight charges.
6.Buyer agrees that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase or this puppy/dog and that the Buyer will not sell this puppy/dog or its progeny to any agent, pet store or guard dog business.
7.Buyer agrees that the puppy will reside at the home of the Buyer, have access to a fenced yard, not be chained or tethered, also supervised at all times when outside. The dog will be provided with proper housing, a good quality diet, annual shots and exercise. Buyer also agrees that this puppy/dog will not be used as a guard dog for any business. Buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health to provide proper exercise as indicated in order to manage this dog’s proper weight and physical condition. Buyer agrees to provide a routine of preventative health care, inoculation elimination of internal and external parasites, and use heartworm preventative medication, a proper diet consists of top-quality dog food and supplements. Buyer agrees that this puppy/dog is NOT to be LEFT IN A BACKYARD OR KENNEL ONLY. This dog or puppy is sold with the understanding that it will go to carefully selected parties and that Buyer AVOWED the puppy/dog would become a member of the family. (This is to assure proper developments and maintenance of the temperament for which the animal was bred.) Buyer understands that he/she is purchasing a Breed Of Dog that is known to be a protective dog and accepts full responsibility/ liability for the animals actions once it leaves sellers property, including but not limited to all veterinary, medical, maintenance, shipping, training and general health care after it leaves sellers property.
8.If the Buyer is no longer able to keep or properly care for the dog, the dog must be returned to THE KING OF BLACK SHADOW DOBERMANS at Buyers expense. There will be no refund if puppy/dog is returned. Under ANY circumstances will a puppy/dog be placed in any rescue organization, shelter pound or any other such organization and/or for any reason.
9.This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to insure the well being and protection of this puppy/dog. If the Buyer breaches any part of this Agreement, the Seller has the right to reclaim the puppy/dog. There will be NO compensation for the puppy/dog or its’ belongings, training or offspring. Mental physical abuse and or lack of proper care by the Buyer will violate any warranties and violate this contract. Anyone not in compliance with this contract will be taken to court in the State and county where THE KING OF BLACK SHADOW DOBERMANS resides for non-compliance with legal document. This procedure will include but not be limited to court cost, my time @ $50.00 /hr. and all Veterinarian costs that may be needed for the dog/puppy. Buyer agrees Seller will REPOSSES DOG OR PUPPY UPON EVIDENCE OF NEGLECT AND/OR ABUSE at no expense to the Seller.
10.Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of California, in the county of LOS ANGELES. It is agreed that place of venue shall be in LOS ANGELES County, California.
11.If any of this agreement is or becomes void or unenforceable by force or operation of law, the other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. The Buyer hereby releases THE KING OF BLACK SHADOW DOBERMANS from any liabilities pertaining to the said puppy/dog. The entire Agreement between the parties is contained herein.
