Health Guarantee
We guarantee our puppies as pets only. No guarantee is given for show or breeding quality, although both have been proven in their parents ancestry line in most every generation and of course, breeding ability of the parents. Any occurring vet expenses for any reason, are the responsibility of the new owner and will not be refunded by the seller. Due to your puppies good fortune of having healthy parents your puppy is guaranteed for 3 years for a replacement puppy against any health defect or illness that would cause your puppy to have to be put to sleep, at which time we have one available. If this misfortune should happen we will need written documentation from your Vet so it can be verified by our Vet. In order for your guarantee to stay in effect the puppy must be taken to your Vet within 48 hours of date of pickup for your vet to confirm health condition of pup. For anyone wishing to use our collies as breeding prospects you will need to contact us for a guarantee/contract.
