We guarantee our puppies as pets only. No guarantee is given for show or breeding quality, although both have been proven in their parents ancestry line in most every generation and of course, breeding ability of the parents. Any occurring vet expenses for any reason, are the responsibility of the new owner and will not be refunded by the seller. Due to your puppies good fortune of having healthy parents your puppy is guaranteed for 3 years for an exchange puppy against any health defect that would cause your puppy to have to be put to sleep. If this misfortune should happen we will need written documentation from your Vet so it can be verified by our Vet. There will be no replacement puppies for illnesses caused by air borne or otherwise contagious or infectious diseases, and/or illnesses caused by physical contacts with another animal, or caused by contagions/infections in living/sleeping quarters that your pet is kept in. In order for your guarantee to stay in effect the puppy must be taken to Vet within 48 hours of date of pickup for vet to confirm good health.

Buyer has sole responsibility for shipping/transportation costs and choice of delivery being offered by the seller at the time of purchase.
Buyers Responsibility
Buyer knowingly accepts the responsibilities of caring for this Collie puppy and has given careful consideration to the following statements and agrees to the following conditions on purchase of this Collie puppy. Buyer agrees to provide proper care for the puppy during all life stages, including proper nutrition, bi-annual and annual vet care as needed, exercise, and training. Buyer agrees to heart worm preventative. Collies can not tolerate heart worm preventative in the form of the drug Ivermectin, "Do Not Take This Chance". Buyer also must agree that under NO circumstances will this collie ever be turned over to an animal shelter, or dog pound. In the event that the buyer can no longer provide for this collie, and cannot find him/her a proper home, the breeder must be notified immediately and the Collie shipped back to the breeder at buyers expense.
