I can't express enough how important it is to keep your pet on a healthy food plan, daily vitamins and exercise.
At the time of sale, to my knowledge and belief, this puppy is in sound health and free from defect or communicable diseases.
An initial three-day health guarantee is given and valid only to the buyer named below against the Parvo virus and is valid only if the puppy is examined by a veterinarian within 3 business days from date of purchase. Please keep records of your veterinary visits. No veterinary expenses will be paid by the seller at anytime. Once it is determined between the buyer and seller that buyers chosen veterinarian will continue with treatment and the puppy cannot be returned to good health within 72 hours, then the seller shall exchange the puppy for another puppy of the same gender and of equal value at once, if available. If not available immediately, this will be done from the next litter of puppies born. Again, we are not responsible for any vet bills once the puppy has left our property. Buyer is responsible for shots and veterinary exams and treatments.
Obviously, it is impossible to predict that every puppy produced by B & B Mini Schnauzers will be free of all health problems. This is why we offer a one to two year guarantee that covers all life-threatening problems that are genetic or inherited in nature.
Extended Two Year Guarantee with the purchase of NuVet Vitamins: This puppy is guaranteed for at least one year without Nu Vet Plus Canine Vitamins and two years with Nu Vet Vitamins, against life-threatening genetic defect that would cause death or if the quality of life is reduced due to blindness or severe defect that could be life-threatening. If euthanasia is determined to be the best alternative then, it will need determined at necropsy that reason for euthanasia was due to genetic defect. We will need certification by your vet and our vet that this action was necessary. No money will be refunded, but a replacement puppy will be given from the next litter, or as decided between B & B Mini Schnauzers and the individual. If the puppy was found to be subject to negligence, B & B will not provide a replacement puppy and again, all vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer.
Common parasites, fleas, ticks, coccidia, etc are not cause for replacement as they are not genetic issues. We do not guarantee color, size or that this puppy will grow to produce puppies or be show quality.
If the buyer decides he or she cannot keep this puppy for any reason the puppy should be returned to B & B Mini Schnauzers. We will place the puppy in a suitable home or the puppy will remain with B & B as pet. We require that this puppy will never be sold to a breeder or a puppy mill. This dog will never be placed with any shelter whether kill or no kill or given to a rescue organization, but returned to B & B Mini Schnauzers.
To warrant a two year health agreement, we require that you order NuVet Plus canine Vitamins for no less than the first two years of your puppy's life. This Nutritional Supplement is only available through breeder recommendation. To help insure a healthy puppy, please have this on hand before you leave our kennel.

This guarantee is null and void upon any evidence of abuse or neglect. Chronic obesity and/or poor hygiene, lack of exercise constitute neglect. To remain in effect, this dog must receive annual veterinary checkups and treatment as prescribed.
To keep our dogs in good physical health we feed them Pro Plan Puppy, which can be found at most pet stores. If you do not plan to continue feeding Pro Plan Puppy, please change your puppy over slowly to prevent an upset tummy. This is accomplished by feeding ½ Pro Plan and ½ alternate food for the first few days and then slowly use less and less of the Pro Plan until you puppy is completely switched over.

Spay or Neuter Agreement:
The Buyer agrees to spay/neuter the above mentioned puppy between 5 and 9 months of age if purchasing this puppy as a pet or all guarantees/agreements will be void. Failure to do so will be a cause of breach of contract and this contract will be void and unable to be enforced by Buyer's at a later date.
By signing below, buyer acknowledges that he or she has read and reviewed the terms of this agreement. Both parties acknowledge there are no other warranties or representations made with respect to this puppy other than as set forth herein.
Your puppy has had all puppy shots as indicated on your shot record. Your puppy has been wormed with Nemex wormer as indicated on your shot record. Please take our shot record along with you when you take your puppy to your vet so they will know exactly what your puppy has received and when.
No other warrantees or guarantees, expressed or implied, made under this contract except what is said within this contract. By accepting this receipt you agree to all the terms within the agreement.
