Charming Cache Cavaliers
Each of our adorable puppies go home with a contract. Our contract is for the purchase of a purebred AKC “Limited”-registerable Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from BREEDER Kimberly Thompson of Charming Cavaliers. Most puppies are adopted on limited AKC registration to loving pet homes. Limited AKC registration allows the new order to register their new puppy with the AKC and receive AKC papers for their cavalier but, it prohibits breeding and registering of offspring. Spaying/Neutering is recommended for the health of your Cavalier and is mandatory on limited registration Cavaliers. Spaying/Neutering is required to be preformed by 6 (six) months of age to adhere to our contract, proof is required. If Spaying/Neutering is not preformed by the age stated in our contract or the Cavalier has produced a litter the health guarantee will be null and void.
Breeder offers lifetime breeder support on every cavalier we breed. We are always here to help answer any questions and give our advice for the life of the cavalier. We hope that every buyer will keep in touch and send pictures and updates. Buyer understands if at anytime throughout your Cavalier’s life they are unable to take proper care of this Cavalier, Charming Cavaliers will take the Cavalier back or work with the BUYER/OWNER to find a suitable home. All actions should be with the best interests of the Cavalier in mind. No money will be exchanged, we only want to ensure every Cavalier we breed is healthy and safe throughout its lifetime. Buyer agrees the puppy stated in this contract is not being purchased for resale. It is against this contract to sell this puppy to a pet store, puppy mill, broker, or agent.
