SELLER'S REPRESENTATIONS - The following representations and conditions apply to the sale of the described dog: As of the date of this agreement, the dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases. The Buyer has 72 hours to have dog examined by a veterinarian, to personally inspect the dog. Buyer is completely satisfied with and waives any claims regarding the dog's conformation, and outward appearance (the dog meets the breed standard at this age).
HIP GUARANTEE The breeder will only guarantee genetic hip dysplasia. Genetic hip dysplasia will show up in the pup before 1 year of age. Later development of hip dysplasia is not guaranteed, as this is often environmentally produced. The pups hips must be x-rayed before 1 year of age by a veterinarian certified and skilled at producing hip x-rays for OFA evaluation. These x-rays must be submitted to OFA for evaluation The pup is guaranteed by the breeder to certify in preliminary OFA x-rays as being Excellent, Good, or Fair. If the pup is not rated Excellent, Good or Fair, and therefore is dysplastic, the buyer can choose from the following options:
a. Return the pup, and receive a replacement pup from the next available litter.
b. Keep the pup, and receive 1/2 of the original purchase price back. Breeder required proof of spay or neuter before honoring guarantee.
c. Return the pup and get a 100% refund.
