HEALTH WARRANTY
Puppy Diseases Guarantee
We guarantee the health of this puppy for the first 48 hours after leaving our care. Our guarantee is limited to the following diseases: Parvo virus, Canine distemper, Adenovirus and Influenza. Puppy should be checked by buyer's vet within 48 hours of purchase. If written notice by your vet within 48 hours of leaving our care, shows this puppy to have any of the above diseases and our vet confirms this, we will replace this puppy with another puppy of the same sex and value of breeder's choice as soon as one becomes available. Absolutely no cash refunds-replacements only!
*If it is found that the puppy has any of the above diseases and buyer elects to keep the puppy and treat it, at no time will the seller be responsible for any veterinarian fees.
Genetic and Hereditary Diseases Guarantee:
1. The Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) business days of receipt of the puppy. The Seller must be informed immediately of the examinations result by e-mail or fax. Failure to comply will render this guarantee void.
2. The Buyer is responsible for the daily health care and maintenance of the pet, including all immunizations and examinations recommended after purchase, as well as providing necessary medication and follow-up treatments from veterinarian visits. In order for the guarantee to remain in effect you must keep receipts and records to verify that you have regularly taken your pet to a duly licensed veterinarian for checkups and all required immunizations.
3. In the unlikely event of the death of the puppy within one (1) year from its birth due to genetics, the Seller shall replace the pet with another of equivalent value at no cost to the Buyer as soon as one becomes available with the following conditions to apply:
a. Seller must be notified within 24 hours of the death of the puppy.
b. A death certificate and autopsy report detailing the cause of death, along with any associated paperwork must be submitted to the seller before a puppy replacement will be given.
c. The seller reserves the right to have the puppy examined by by a veterianrian of their choice before a replacement puppy is given.
4. In the event of the death of the puppy, due to genetics, after the first year of birth and up to 3 years old, the Seller shall issue a credit in the amount of 45% of the original cost towards the purchase of a replacement puppy of equivalent value to the buyer within 120 days. All conditions listed above in clauses a. through c. will apply.
5. If the Buyer declines the replacement puppy, then the Seller shall be under no further obligation and it will be deemed that the Buyer has released the Seller from all further claims.
