The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

Pups are evaluated at 8 weeks of age, for show possibilities by an experienced show person.
Any show quality pups will be sold to approved homes for show only. Any pet quality pups will be sold to pet homes, on a spay/nueter contract only. AKC papers will not be sent until written confirmation is received from a licensed vet verifying the spay/nueter. All homes are subject to approval, we will not sell you a pup before speaking with you. Pups will be spayed/nuetered by 7 months of age at the latest. Health guarantee is for genetic disease, and is void if the purchaser does not take the pup to his/her vet within 48 hours of receiving their pup.
