Contract is required. All pet puppies are placed on a limited AKC registration until proof of Spay/Neuter is provided. Show puppies are placed on a co-ownership as discussed in our contract. Tanza Basnjis retains first right of refusal on any Tanza Basenji that the owner must give up and any reason for its lifetime. Sample contract available upon request.
