Breeder warrants said puppy to be free from any major defect and/or disease
Buyers shall have ten (10) days to have said puppy checked by a veterinarian of Buyer’s choice, at Buyer’s expense, should Buyer so desire. Should Buyer’s veterinarian certify said puppy to have a congenital defect or disease (excluding entropian and elongated soft palate). Buyers may return said puppy to Breeder for a full refund of the purchase price.
Should said puppy be diagnosed with a genetic, inheritable condition at any time prior to two years of age, that so affects said puppy that he/she cannot fulfill his/her purpose to be a pet and companion, Breeder agrees to replace said puppy with a puppy of similar quality from the first available litter or to refund 50% (fifty per cent) of the purchase price. Breeder will not be liable for any vet bills incurred by Buyers for the diagnosing and treating of any condition. This warranty specifically excludes entropian (an inherent hazard in Chinese Shar-pei), prolapse of the third eyelid (cherry eye), juvenile localized demodex, acquired allergies and amyloidosis after the age of 2 years.
