RICO is a 2 yr old, neutered male Jack Russell. He is rough coat, white w/brown on his face and a black spot on his side. He dissapeared on 10/14/09 from a foster home near Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa Palms neighborhood. PLEASE CALL 941-704-4765 if you have seen him.
