Count from the first day you notice the blood. Usually the 12th day is the best day, but all girls are different. When you cotice the discharge change from red to very light pink almost clear, she will swell way up, then she is ready.

the way i do is ,count 6 days after she starts bleeding,see if she will breed,sometimes the 7 th day before she will breed.then 12 to 24 hrs later breed her again,then don't breed her again.mine have 1 to 2 boys and 2 to 4 girls.my older males won't breed a female until she smells just right,then i only breed her once.
