I have a 8 week old dachshund and am disabled .Its time to start house training and i want to be able to let her outside in the future without her leaving how should i do this

If you are going out with her, you can teach her the perimeter with a lot of consistency of being off leash from the start. (If you do this, you still need to watch her closely after she has learned the perimeter. If not, there's an invisible fence, enclose your yard with a fence, or enclose a portion of your yard with a fence (some times called a dog run) for her to go out to, or get her on a schedule via crate training and leash her when it's time.
