i have read so many books and looked on net for months but now that the time is close i am more worried about her having her pup's by her self because i missed a sign that labor is near.. we are at 58 days.. her temp is at 100.1 as of today. she will not let me near her behind so i had no choice then to get a doggie ear one and yes i know rectal is better but i figured the ear was better then a trip to the er room for me. tonight she was laying with me and she seems to be breathing a bit heavier and sighing and she has become more licky with me she never gives kisses she is in her welping box and all seems quiet but i am worried to go to sleep i dont want her to go though this alone i want to be there for her if she needs me.. can any one tell me some other things that might help me know if we are close.... srry post is so long

Here are 2 good links that should help you out a little bit. Make sure she does not go past her gestation period and that she is not having labored breathing. When in doubt, call your vet.
