I am not sure of your question. You are referring to a male puppy that was delivered via c-section being bred to an unrelated bitch that had nothing to do with the c-section?
C-sections are done for many different reasons; it would be important to know the circumstances of the birth in order to know whether or not the future puppies of this breeding would have difficulties naturally whelping. But if you are referring to a male puppy delivered by c-section being bred to an unrelated bitch, there should be no problems for the bitch to which he is bred.
