The Buyer agrees to take the puppy to a veterinarian within seven (7) days of the date of purchase for a physical examination to determine the health of the pup, otherwise no health related refund be given.
Should the puppy fail the health check the seller agrees to exchange out the puppy for another of equal value or a refund of the puppy price.. In the event that shipping is needed, it is understood that all shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer and that shipping charges are not included in any refunds.
