Breeder warrants the animal against genetic defects for three (3) years from this date. If the dog shall have: (1) hip displasia or (2) genetic defects Buyer agrees that as a condition precedent to any warranty claim the buyer must furnish to Seller a medical verification of (1) hip displasia, (2) genetic defect, from a licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with supporting data for evaluation by Seller’s veterinarian. Upon confirmation the dog will be spayed/neutered immediately at Buyer’s expense and will be replaced with an equal quality puppy. A replacement puppy will be contingent on if the breeder is still breeding, with the Seller making the choice of the replacement animal.
