Bonnie Collies Health Guarantee
This agreement covers the purchase of an AKC registered collie puppy from Bonnie Collies, breeder Marcia Potts. The health of this puppy is guaranteed by the breeder for the first year of it's life. If any serious illness or death occurs within this year which is not due to neglect, accident,poisoning, poor nutrition, or other non-congenital causes, the full purchase price will be refunded.
A licensed veterinarian must determine the nature of the illness and it's cause, and this information must be provided to the breeder by this veterinarian.
Shipping costs are not refundable, but are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In addition, if for any reason the purchaser cannot keep this puppy, it may be returned to the breeder at any time. My puppies will always have a home with me here. I would also ask that you notify us if you sell this dog or give it away to anyone, I want to know where my puppies are and what is happening to them.
