2.) HEALTH GUARANTEE IS FOR REPLACEMENT OF PUPPY ONLY. NO CASH REFUNDED. I DO NOT GUARANTEE SIZE OR COLOR. I can give you my opinion based on the size of the mother and father and puppies from their previous litters. All puppies are checked by my vet before they go to their new home and if they are shipped, it will receive a health certificate from my vet. They will have at least 2 vaccinations by 8 weeks of age and will be wormed at least twice. Puppies are not to be given any shots for at least 5 days after receiving puppy. It needs time to adjust to its new surroundings and a shot could stress it unnecessarily. It could have a bad reaction to the shot. They receive a puppy shot from me at 7 weeks and should not get another one until 9 weeks of age. We are now offering a choice on puppy health guarantees of a one year, two year or you can elect to not participate in our program, if you choose this option your puppy will only be covered for 48 hrs. Genetic defects, i.e. heart, hips, liver, kidneys, and eyes are covered in the two choices of health guarantees. No other conditions are covered in this contract. If a genetic defect is found by your vet within the time period your plan covers, puppy will be replaced as soon as one of equal value is available. No money refunded, only replacement of puppy. In order for us to replace the puppy I will need all tests, xrays, and medications given by your vet. I will also need your vets phone number in case I have any questions. After receiving the documentation it will be given to my vet to review. If Sellers vet believes it is hereditary, puppy will be replaced. Puppy will not be replaced without documentation. Before any surgeries or treatments are done on puppy found to have genetic defects I am to be contacted. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYERS VET BILLS. Shipment of replacement puppy is the responsibility of Buyer. This guarantee does not cover parasites( internal or external). How ever, all puppies will be wormed at least twice before going to their new home. Allergies are also not covered in this guarantee. In order for this guarantee to take effect the SELLER requires the BUYER to have the puppy or puppies checked by their own vet within 48 hours and send a copy of the vet report to the Seller within 5 business days. If puppy is bought on the weekend, vet check needs to be done on the Monday following. It is a good idea to send the copy of the vet report certified mail to me so I have to sign for it and you have proof I received it. Failure to send vet report to SELLER makes this agreement void. If puppy should die from circumstances within the terms of this guarantee, it will be replaced with a puppy of equal value within 6 months or as soon as another puppy of same quality is available. In order for puppy to be replaced the BUYER is required to have their vet do an autopsy and send the findings to the SELLER stating cause of death. Puppy will not be replaced without this information. AGAIN, SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYERS VET BILLS. No money returned only replacement of puppy. Shipment of new puppy will be Buyers expense. All sales final. No refunds after puppy is received. Seller has done everything possible to produce a healthy sound puppy by raising them the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care. We feed NutriSource because of its quality ingredients. If you are unable to find a local retailer that sells NutriSource, BUYER agrees to feed puppy/puppies good quality food such as Iams, Eukanuba, Science Diet, Nutro Max, etc. (Table scraps are discouraged as it can cause problems with digestion in small puppies.) They are to be kept up on all vaccinations and vet checks. Please do not take puppy to an animal shelter. If for some reason you decide you don’t want the puppy, contact SELLER and I will be glad to assist you in any way I can to help you find a new home for it.

The buyer agrees to use Nu Vet Plus with their puppy/puppies acquired from SS Smoky Hills Kennel for a period of one year from the time of purchase. If you stop using the vitamins the 1 year the health guarantee is null and void. Please read all information on the Nutrition page about the benefits of the vitamins. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. The phone number to call to order the vitamins is 800-474-7044 and the order code is 41991. Be sure to use the order code number to get a discount on the vitamins. I also use this number to track who is buying vitamins so your health guarantee will be in effect.
¨ I elect not not to participate in the Healthy Puppy Program offered by SS Smoky Hills Kennel. Since you have elected no health program your puppy will only be covered for 48 hrs after receiving it.
