Breeder Guarantee
Breeder guarantees this pup/dog for 48 hours; for contagious disease, and for one year; from original date of purchase, for life threatening congenital, hereditary, or genetic defects. No physical evidence of congenital or hereditary defects exists to the best of my knowledge and belief as of date of purchase.
I certify that both parents have been certified & cleared through OFA of any evidence of Elbow or Hip Dysplasia, however the buyer understands that this is NOT an absolute guarantee against the genetic defect from occurring.
Limitations of guarantee:
1. Buyer agrees to have said pup/dog examined by a veterinarian; of
buyers choice, within 48 hours of receipt.
2. This guarantee is limited to the development of any congenital
or hereditary defects within one year, and is limited to the
replacement of said pup/dog, of same color/gender, with the next
available litter. Written notification of defect, submitted
directly to me, from your veterinarian is required. Breeder
reserves the right to have the pup/dog returned for examination
by our veterinarian, at buyers expense.
4. No replacement will be given if the pup is more than one year of age,
has been bred, or if the registration application form has expired.
5. This guarantee applies to the original owner of the pup/dog and
ownership is non-transferable.
