Health Guarantee for Camelot Tibetan Terriers

This dog is believed to be healthy and disease free and has been delivered to the buyers parasite free and fully innoculated within the appropriate limitations as to age.

It is agreed that if this dog develops a hereditary problem severe enough to deem it an unsuitable pet (such as HD, PRA, LL) the dog will be replaced by a dog of the same sex and of equal value from the next available breeding by the seller.

Proof of any health problem is the buyer's responsibility - the requirement to be written documentation from a certified veterinarian.

This puppy/dog has a Home Again Microchip for his/her safety and the new owners are provided with the form to register him/her.

A record of all shots and worming will be supplied with the puppy.
