SALES AGREEMENT/HEALTH GUARANTEE

SELLER GUARANTEES PUPPY TO BE IN GOOD HEALTH AS STATED IN THE FLORIDA HEALTH CERTIFICATE. BUYER AGREES TO HAVE PUPPY EXAMINED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN WITHIN ONE WEEK OF PICK UP/DELIVERY. IF ANY MEDICAL OR GENETIC PROBLEMS ARE FOUND THE PUPPY MUST BE RETURNED TO THE BREEDER IMMEDIATELY ALONG WITH WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION OF THE ILLNESS AND BE EXAMINED BY BREEDER’S VETERINARIAN TO CONFIRM. IF ILLNESS IS DETECTED BY BREEDER’S VET THE PUPPY WILL BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER PUPPY OF EQUAL VALUE AS SOON AS AVAILABLE OR THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED. HELZBELZ ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY WITH MEDICAL BILLS INCURRED ONCE THE PUPPY LEAVES MY PREMISES. HELZBELZ ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FROM ANY INJURY TO THIS PUPPY AT ANY TIME AFTER PICK UP/DELIVERY. NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED BEYOND THE ONE WEEK PERIOD AFTER PICK UP/DELIVERY.
SELLER PROVIDES IMMUNIZATION RECORDS, A FLORIDA HEALTH CERTIFICATE AND REGISTRATION PAPERS. BUYER AGREES TO SPAY/NUETER BY THE AGE OF SEVEN (7) MONTHS.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
