Buyer agreees to have puppy/dog examined by a vet of buyers choice within 3 working days of receipt of said puppy/dog at buyers expense. If any life threatening condition is found buyer may return said puppy/dog and registration papers along with a report from a veterinarian within three days. Seller reserves the right to obtain a second opinion from a veterinarian of sellers choice at cost to the seller. If unsoundness is determined puppy/dog will be replaced with another puppy/dog of equal value when one becomes available.
A record of all vaccines, wormings etc... are included with each puppy/dog. We guarentee against congenital problems for 1 year from date of birth. Any puppy/dog found to have a congenital problem resulting in the loss of the puppy/dog will be replaced with another puppy/dog of equal value when one is available.
