Mastini Mayhem
1) This dog is being sold as breeding quality with show potential.
Definition of Show/Working potential- This puppy is considered by Mastini Mayhem to be an excellent example of the breed upon sale. It is guaranteed to have no disqualifying faults as an adult, be free from debilitating hip/elbow dysplasia or any other musculoskeletal abnormalities until the age of two years. We encourage you the buyer to health test the animal. If dog is diagnosed with any form of congenital heart disease replacement of pup will be given out of next litter. This is a puppy that we would consider keeping for our OWN breeding program. Mayhem Kennel expects a weight to be held by pup/dog of body condition score between 3 to 5. Buyer agrees to furnish pictures of puppy at least twice a year for the first three years of life

This puppy comes with full AKC registration papers, which are sent certified mail to the new owner promptly after we receive them from AKC. Because of the extensive guarantees that this puppy comes with.
2) Buyer agrees to the following payment agreement:
Deposit Agreement: If Buyer agrees to place a non-refundable deposit on above dog, the deposit will prevent Seller from selling dog, and will guarantee that the Buyer will indeed pay for the dog in full at the time of delivery unless specifically outlined below. This deposit will be deducted from the price of dog and is absolutely non-refundable under any circumstances except if the above named dog should die before delivery.
4) The Buyer is aware and agrees that this puppy will carry the Mastini Mayhem’s kennel name. This means that the dog’s kennel name will appear on any registrations or pedigrees for the life of the dog. Social media pictures and websites will also carry the full registered name.
5) Seller agrees to sell dog in good health and with all shots current at the time of delivery. A full refund will be provided to Buyer within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery only if the Seller is provided with a written statement from a licensed veterinarian which clearly defines any genetic or health defect, the refund pending the return of the dog.
6) Seller does not agree to refund money or replace pup in the event the pup dies due to complications during or after any surgeries.
7) Seller guarantees hips to be serviceable and sound. The Buyer adheres to a proper diet, with recommended vitamins 1500 mg of fish oil, 1000 mg. of vitamin C daily and 1500 mg. of glucosamine/chondroitin.

Buyer agrees (if there is a problem with dog sold) to provide a statement from a licensed veterinarian, which clearly defines the nature of the genetic impairment. Copies of all veterinarian reports, x-rays, ultrasounds will be provided to Mastini Mayhem for a possible second opinion. In the event of the above condition, Seller agrees to replace Buyer with a defect free like- kind dog from the next available litter OR refund 50% of the purchase price of the dog, whichever the Seller elects. This is pending the return of the dog to the seller. No veterinary bills or fees will be paid by the Seller. No fees will be charged to the Buyer for the replacement of dog except the cost of shipping.
8) Seller is not responsible for dog should it become lost, stolen, damaged, or incur vet bills after delivery to Buyer. Buyer stipulates and agrees that the Seller has thoroughly and understandably explained the following information concerning the dog purchased: The Neapolitan Mastiff is a large and strong breed which has been used around the world for many purposes, including guarding and protection work of many varieties. The dog is very loyal, territorial, and capable of protective behavior on behalf of its owner. Under adverse or threatening circumstances, the dog may be aggressive, and may bite. Because of this temperament, the dog must be properly schooled and trained. Buyer hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any complaints, lawsuits, causes of action, or other adverse circumstances of any kind which may arise as a result of actions taken by the dog after Buyer accepts delivery of the dog referenced in this agreement.
9) Buyer agrees to take good and reasonable care of dog. This includes proper housing, feeding and both physical and emotional needs, necessary to maintain the dogs proper development.
10) Buyer agrees to return dog to seller if the dog is to be destroyed for reasons other than terminal illness or terminal injury. *Buyer agrees to notify Seller if the dog is ever to be sold, given away or surrendered, and will be given FIRST chance to re-obtain the dog.*
