If your puppy has any other serious genetic condition verified by your vet and ours than a full refund will be provided without forcing you to return your family member. However, although, just like with people, there is never a 100% guarantee a puppy will never have a health problem….we work hard to prevent health problems by only using dogs with multiple health clearances.
