SALE CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE
We offer a health guarantee for life.... If two licensed veterinarians (one being local) identify a genetic disorder the puppy/dog will be replaced by another puppy/dog of better or equal quality. You will need to return the puppy/dog along with its registration papers. Buyer pays all shipping costs incurred by returning the original puppy/dog and receiving the new puppy/dog. No money refunds will be given. Veterinarian costs are non-refundable. Should the puppy/dog be sold before 24 months all guarantees are null and void
We suggest you contact your veterinarian at the time of delivery and follow their recommendation to vet checks and immunizations. Your puppy has been veterinarian checked by our vet and was found to be in good health at the time of transfer.
It is understood that at the time of the sale this dog is not to be used for breeding, but is representative of its breed and is structurally and temperamentally suited as a companion, agility, working and/or obedience dog. (Based on sellers analysis of the puppy/dog’s age, how long the original Buyer owned the puppy/dog and whether the puppy/dog has been taken care of properly with respect to its physical and mental health) The puppy/dog must be spayed or neutered. ASCA registration applications will be included in your puppy packet .
Both parents linage of this dog/puppy has had their eyes checked “clear” by a licensed veterinary ophthalmologist, and their hips were x-rayed and certified at least “good” by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals. Although the prognosis is good that this puppy will not have eye or hip defects, it has not been examined for these and is being sold without certification or guarantee. The new owner must decide for him/herself whether to pay for these tests
