Joshua Strand (seller) has received a $500 dollar non-refundable deposit for a puppy from the A litter born on August 31st, 2014 from ________ (buyer). This deposit was received on ________, 2014. The total purchase price of the puppy is $2,000. Puppy will be vaccinated, health checked, microchipped, ears cropped and tail docked upon delivery. Puppy is not to be picked up earlier than 9 weeks of age. If prior arrangements have not been made and the puppy is not picked up by 11 weeks of age all monies paid towards the puppy are forfeited by the buyer. The remaining $1500 dollars is due upon receipt of puppy by ____________. All costs of delivery are the buyer's responsibility.
This puppy comes with a 24 month health guarantee against genetic defects that will reduce the puppy's quality of life. If the puppy is diagnosed with a genetic defect, the buyer must produce written and signed documentation from their veterinarian. The puppy will then be checked by Joshua Strand's veterinarian. If the report is correct, the puppy will be replaced with another puppy from a future litter or $1500 of total purchase price if either the buyer or seller desires. All genetic health issues are to be reported to Joshua Strand promptly. Costs of veterinary health testing is the responsibility of each respective party.
This puppy is not to be sold, given away or used for illegal purposes. If the buyer can no longer provide
for or keep the puppy, Joshua Strand will be notified and arrangements for proper care of the puppy
will be made with Joshua Strand. Joshua Strand reserves first right of refusal and must approve any other party the buyer may decide to place the puppy with.
This puppy will be microchipped to the seller. Joshua Strand must have a current address and phone number for the buyer. Should the buyer move, Joshua Strand will be given the new phone number and address where the puppy will be located. In the event the puppy is lost or stolen, the seller will be notified and/or will advise Home Again that the puppy is lost or stolen. If this puppy is lost due to negligence on the buyer's behalf, the puppy will be returned to Joshua Strand and no monies will be returned.
This puppy is not to be sexually altered before 24 months. If the puppy is altered, the two year genetic defect guarantee is void. Buyer understands they have no right to breed this puppy. If the puppy is bred intentionally or accidentally, Joshua Strand must be notified and the puppy is to be returned to Joshua Strand immediately. If Joshua Strand learns the puppy has been bred seller agrees to forfeit puppy and all monies paid. Buyer will not be given a refund of any sort.
This puppy is to see a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of pickup from Joshua Strand for an initial checkup and vaccinations. Proof of vet visit is to be supplied to Joshua Strand and Joshua Strand is to be made aware of any concerns expressed by the veterinarian. If the puppy does not see a veterinarian within 48 hours the genetic defect guarantee is void. If buyer is unable to provide for veterinary care the puppy must be returned to Joshua Strand and no monies will be refunded.
This puppy will be registered as Cane Corso Project's A . All titles received by this puppy (ex. CGC) will hold the kennel name Cane Corso Project.
