Interested in Hierarchy Cane Corso ?
Hierarchy Cane Corso reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason. All our Cane Corso puppies receive human interaction from birth. It is vital that your Cane Corso puppy is well socialized with humans and animals at an early age. In our contract all Hierarchy Cane Corso puppies are required to take Puppy Kindergarten or Puppy Obedience classes once your Cane Corso puppy is properly vaccinated. This is a great way to establish a solid foundation for training and the perfect opportunity for consistent socialization.
OUR COMMITTMENT TO YOU: WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO PROVIDE OUR CLIENTS WITH A HEALTHY, LOVING COMPANION. WE GO TO GREAT LENGTHS TO KEEP AND PRODUCE DOGS IN GREAT HEALTH. YOUR PUP IS GUARANTEED TO BE IN GOOD HEALTH UPON DELIVERY OR PICKUP, HAVING HAD ALL SHOTS AND DEWORMINGS NECESSARY FOR ITS AGE. WE RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR PUP TO A VET WITHIN 48 HRS OF ARRIVAL/PICKUP, AT THIS TIME PUP IS FULLY GUARANTEED. IF PUP IS FOUND IN POOR HEALTH, PUP WILL BE REPLACED.
When your Hierarchy Cane Corso is ready he/she will have:
- Dew Claws Removed
- Tail Docked
- Current Vaccinations With Records
- Routine Worming’s With Records
- AKC/ICCF Registration Applications (after puppy preschool/obedience graduation)
- 24 month Health Guarantee against any genetic defect.
- Lifetime Breeder Support
- Ear Cropping (Optional at Buyer's Expense)
Deposits
Buyer/Purchaser is required to place a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve a Hierarchy Cane Corso puppy. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another puppy or another litter. The deposit will be moved to another puppy/litter if and only if the selected sex preference and/or category of puppy is not available. Color is never guaranteed. The buyer/purchaser has read, understands and agrees to the terms of this contract.
Pick-Up
If a puppy/dog is being picked up from Hierarchy Cane Corso the puppy/dog must be at least 8 weeks old. The total cost of the puppy/dog is due to Hierarchy Cane Corso upon 7 weeks of age If the puppy is reserved the deposit requirements are still in effect.
Shipping
***Shipment of a puppy/dog is an extra $350.00 for shipment within the United States. International shipping costs and costs for shipping puppies/dogs over 10 weeks of age are subject to verification***
If the puppy/dog is being shipped it must be at least 8 weeks old. The total amount (shipping + cost of puppy/dog) is due to Hierarchy Cane Corso before the shipping arrangements are to be made by Hierarchy Cane Corso. The puppy/dog will be shipped by through "American " or "Delta Airlines". Puppy/dog will be shipped to the most convenient airport location selected by the buyer/purchaser and will ship out when weather permits. Only PayPal, Western union, cashiers checks (certified check by the bank) and money orders will be accepted. If the puppy is reserved the deposit requirements are still in effect.
Ear Cropping
If the buyer/purchaser elects to have their Hierarchy Cane Corso pup's ears cropped by our local vet, buyer/purchaser understands that there is risk with any surgery when anesthesia is used. The ear cropping will add $350 to the total cost of the puppy, which is to be paid in full upon pick-up. If buyer/purchaser is having their puppy shipped the additional ear cropping cost is due before shipping arrangements are made. Buyer/purchaser understands and agrees Hierarchy Cane Corso will not be held liable for any complications resulting from buyer/purchaser's choice to have ear crop surgery performed.
Sales Agreement
Puppy is covered by the 24 month Health Guarantee against any genetic hereditary diseases. By placing the deposit and/or paying in full buyer/purchaser fully understands all terms and agrees to all Hierarchy Cane Corso policies.
AT 8 WEEKS OF AGE, THE PUPPY WILL BE VET CHECKED AND CERTIFIED 100% HEALTHY OR IT WILL NOT BE SOLD. THE PUPPIES ARE WORMED ON A REGULAR BASIS STARTING AT 2 WEEKS OF AGE AND VACCINATED PRIOR TO LEAVING FOR THEIR NEW HOMES. THE PUPPY WILL BE PICKED UP (OR SHIPPED) AND AKC, ICCF PAPERWORK WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER PROOF OF PUPPY KINDERGARTEN OR PUPPY OBEDIENCE GRADUATION WITHIN THE PUPPY FIRST YEAR. VACCINATION RECORDS AND GENERAL INFORMATION PACKET WILL BE PROVIDED.

ANY PROBLEMS MUST BE BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY; VET BILLS AND SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF PUP IS FOUND IN POOR HEALTH, PUP WILL BE REPLACED. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
WE DO NOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEES ON DOGS THAT ARE ACQUIRED AS THE RESULT OF A PUPPY TRADE FOR STUD SERVICE TO ANY OF OUR STUDS OR DOGS OWED TO US BY OTHER BREEDERS FOR OTHER REASONS.
WE TEMPERAMENT TEST THE LITTER AND HELP DECIDE WHICH PUPPY WILL BE BEST SUITED FOR WHICH OWNER. WITH OUR BREEDING EXPERIENCE AND INMATE KNOWLEDGE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL PUPPY, WE FEEL WE ARE MOST QUALIFIES TO HELP SELECT THE PUPPY FOR IT'S NEW HOME.
WE OFFER NO OTHER GUARANTEES THAT ARE NOT STATED ABOVE.
