When we complete an agreement that a puppy is available and a reservation is made for said puppy and accepted by Chicopee Brook Jack Russell Terriers, we will provide a contract/bill of sale and a health certificate as required under state law. Once an agreement and a reservation has been made for an available puppy, we will provide a written standard contract to be executed upon the completion of the sale of a puppy.
