Introduction
This is an application for our new potential puppy owners. We like to learn more about where our pups will be going as well as know what you are looking for in your new Dane baby. It also helps us to know certain things we will do with the pup as it is growing to help better prepare it for your home when it is time to leave at 8 weeks.

What litter(s) are you interested in?
If the litter of your choice does not produce the desired puppy, would you be interested in a puppy from an alternate litter. If so please state your requirements, if any.
Will the puppy be an inside dog?
Who will be the primary care giver?
Where will the puppy be kept during the night?
Where will the puppy be kept during the day?
How many hours on the average will the puppy be left alone?
Have you ever owned a Large Breed dog before?
Do you have any other pets? How many? What breeds?
Do you have any children? If yes, what are their ages?
If you were to have an expected or unexpected child during any phase of the life of your new Great Dane would you feel the need to find him/her a new home? if so why?
Does anyone in your household have allergies to animals? If yes, to what and how severe?
If the litter of your choice does not produce a puppy of the desired sex, then would you still be interested in a puppy of the opposite sex if available?
What type of temperament are you looking for in your puppy? (I.E. Outgoing, Forward, Laid Back, Docile, Independent, Attached.)
What physical qualities are you looking for in your puppy? (List from most important to least important.) Example: Size, Conformation, Solid Color (least white), Temperament, etc.
What do you expect the activity level of this breed to be once maturity is reached: very high high moderate below average
Do you understand that a Great Dane Puppy will have High Energy until at least 1 year of age and up to 3 years of age?
