Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

In order to reserve a MCCC puppy a $500.00 (Non-Refundable) Deposit is required. When we have an import litter the deposit is $1,000.00 (Non-Refundable).

If for any reason the new owner is unable to or no longer wishes to retain custody of the dog/puppy Music City Cane Corso must be notified first and will reserve the right to first refusal. The right of first refusal shall be for a period of the dog/puppy’s lifetime. If a puppy/dog is abused in any way MCCC has the right to reclaim the dog at any time and this contract will be void. There are no refunds.

A current address and phone number will be expected to be forwarded to Music City Cane Corso by the new owner as well as at least three (3) photos a year of your adopted dog/puppy.

Companion puppies come with a spay/neuter contract. All companion puppies must be spayed/neutered no later than eight (8) months and a receipt signed by the new owner’s veterinarian must be forwarded to Music City Cane Corso.

All breed/show quality puppies are required to have their hips evaluated and x-rayed by Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) or PennHip at twenty-four (24) months of age to be eligible for replacement. The dog/puppy must be 24 months of age and cannot exceed twenty-four (24) months of age when the x-ray is taken. If the official OFA report shows a hip dysplasia of moderate or severe on a breed quality dog/puppy, the dog/puppy will be replaced with a same quality, same sex dog. Legible copies of all appropriate documents must be mailed to Music City Cane Corso.

Note: This is just an overview and NOT the full contract. The new owner contract is available upon request. Please email me at musiccitycanecorso@yahoo.com or call 615-457-7333 and I will be happy to email a copy to you.
