If you plan show this dog to his AKC Championship and would like to perhaps breed this dog in the future, are you willing to consult with me regarding a suitable mate? And doing all testes requires, CERF, HIPS, BAER (Hearing test) and brucellosis?... *and of course after getting his/her Championship.

If you are not considering showing or breeding this dog, will you agree to have the dog spayed or neutered between the age of 9 months to the age of 15 months at your own expense? (Depending on your location and life style)
