Dog must be spayed/neutered by 12 months unless otherwise stated with owner and myself. I do let some of the males go longer with staying unaltered if the owner wants him to get larger and fill out more, but the dog has to have the right temperament and the owner has to be aware of an intact male.
I supply owner with registration after proof from the vet that the dog has been altered.
Breeding Rights: $2500-3000, depending on puppy and pick, my stipulation is I must approve bitch or stud dog will be bred too,
The dog can't be bred until after 18months
PennHip must be done and dog must pass anything less than standard has to be spayed/neutered and I will replace dog. (with proof from their vet and that dog has been cared for properly).
Dog has to pass CGC testing.
A complete contract will be provided by email when appropriate.
Dogs have to be current on yearly exams with licensed veterinarian.
I will work something out with owner if they are proactive in showing and finishing dog.
