All puppies will be sold as PET quality unless otherwise discussed. We are responsible breeders; and we encourage the spay/neuter programs.

This puppy is guaranteed to be a purebred. Breeder will give the buyer registration papers upon their receiving signed contract and full payment from the purchaser.
All fees include sale price and shipping, if necessary, and are payable prior to the delivery of the puppy.
Deposits: We require a deposit of $200.00USD (NON-REFUNDABLE) for said purchase of the above described puppy.
Payment: Unless cash, will have to clear our bank prior to setting up shipment or delivery / pickup. Personal checks will be accepted for deposit or for final payment approximately 10 days required to ensure check clears our bank for payment.
We guarantee this puppy to be free of all communicable disease for a period of seven (7) days from the date of sale on this Pet Record. We also guarantee this puppy to be free of Genetic Defects that would make the puppy unsuitable for the purpose of a
"family pet" until the puppy reaches the age of 2 years.
Buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and are therefore not covered:
Retained Testicle
Underbite or Overbite
Umbilical Hernia
Buyer also understands that replacement option is only valid when health problems are attributed to a hereditary problem and not due to an accident or contagious and/or other illness.
Buyer understands that any and all guarantees expire 2 years from the date of birth.
All guarantees will become null & void if the puppy is given any vaccinations within seven (7) days of purchase. Unless the puppy is due within 7 days and noted at pick up .________ Initial if required for vaccination under 7 days.
We do not guarantee against Parvo, Corona, Coccidiosis or Giardia after 72 hours of purchase.
If this puppy displays any indication of poor health, you must notify Lorlyns at the 7th day to make claim for a replacement. The puppy must then be returned at the buyer's expense along with its registration papers and a written statement from your vet on his/her stationary and signed for our records stating health risks with a description of the symptoms supporting the opinion stated in order to validate this agreement. We also reserve the right to have our Veterinarian validate the diagnosis by communication with the buyers Veterinarian or by personal examination of the puppy. All vet bills incurred toward this diagnosis will be the responsibility of the buyer. Failure to do the above will null and void any guarantee on the part of the seller.
Original puppy must be returned within 24 hours with the paperwork filled out to the returning ownership of the puppy.
If we do not have a puppy of equal value within 180 days for your replacement, we will refund your puppy's original price of ____________, minus shipping fees.
This written agreement is a binding contract and is the entire agreement between the buyer and seller concerning the health conditions or loss of puppy.
