ALL LARGE BREED DOGS and OWNERS need to complete as many obedience classes as needed to establish the OWNER as PACK LEADER,to ensure a well socialized dog!!
ALL guarantees are VOID, if dog is transferred to a 3rd party. If buyer chooses to return their dog/puppy to seller NO MONIES will be refunded, and all AKC and Medical records must accompany the dog.
Purchaser agrees to accept any and all financial responsibilities for said dog/puppy upon completion of this transaction.
Buyer agrees to take dog/puppy to a licensed Veterinarian of his or her choice within 72 Hours for a health exam,not including weekends and holidays. Should dog/puppy be determined to be of ill health the cause of which is attributable to the seller,upon presentation of a written diagnosis from Veterinarian, a refund or a puppy of equal value the choice of which is to be determined by the seller. Any diagnosis shall be subject to conformation by a veterinarian chosen by the seller. Should the veterinarians not concur the matter shall be presented to a 3rd vet mutually agreed upon by the seller and Pet Quality: The seller guarantees that said puppy will be free of crippling hip dysplasia for up to 2 years. Any puppy unable to function as a household pet due to canine hip dysplasia must be diagnosed as such by the O.F.A. Buyer must present all documentation along with X-Rays to seller. When a puppy of equal value is available, replacement shall be made. Seller reserves the right to have canine in question evaluated by a qualified Vet to validate any claim. No cash refunds will be offered.
Show/Breed: The seller guarantees dog to pass OFA at 2 years of age. Buyer agrees not to breed dog until it is 2 years of age and has passed all certifications, to preserve the standard of the breed. If dog doesn't pass OFA a replacement pup of equal value will be made as soon as available. X-Rays and documentation must be provided to seller, seller reserves the right to validate any claim. No cash refunds will be offered.
If puppy has to be shipped all fees will be incurred by the BUYER.
Buyer agrees that any Legal/Court actions will take place i the county of Lapeer,Michigan at his /her expense.
