This is a contract for the sale of a Pet quality Havanese.
This agreement is made between Gail Rollinger and Janice Kuhns (breeders) and ___________________________and_________________________(buyers) for one Havanese puppy.

This document concerns a live animal and is executed with prejudice in favor of that animal’s well being by those signing. The buyer is subject to all terms and conditions set forth below and as follows:
This Havanese is considered a family dog, AKC has placed this breed in the Toy Group, making it the perfect companion/ lap dog, to be kept indoors and never to be left outside without supervision. The buyer is to provide all maintenance for the animal including a minimum of once a year to be seen by a veterinarian, maintained on a healthy diet and groomed regularly. By initialing this statement buyers agrees to these terms_________.
The Havanese puppy must be spayed/Neutered before the age of 7 months and proof provided to breeder. If buyers fail to spay/neuter the puppy by 7 months of age, the breeders will take the puppy to their vet to be spayed/neutered and be returned to buyer when vet costs have been paid. The buyer is given the AKC Registration papers and is required to register the Havanese with American Kennel Club on a limited registration status within 3 months of purchased date. By initialing this statement buyers agrees to register the puppy with AKC______.
The buyer is not to sell, give away, or otherwise dispose of the Havanese during its life for any reason. If buyer cannot keep the havanese then the breeder will take back the havanese, care for and find a new home, whatever money is received with the placement of the havanese will go to the prior owner. The breeder has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the physical soundness and temperament of the animal. The Sire and Dam both have CHIC Numbers, and have completed all testing required by The Havanese Club of America. Included in the packet of information is a copy of the health testing for each one.
Breeder provides a 2 year guarantee of health for life threatening hereditary diseases and will replace or refund up to the purchase price of the puppy.
