The Puppy you purchased from Clingmey Keeshonden is guaranteed to be healthy at the time of purchase. Clingmey Keeshonden guarantees the puppy for 14 days from date of purchase against parvo virus, hepatitis, parainfluenza, corona virus. If any of these sicknesses should arise within this 14 day period Clingmey Keeshonden must be contacted, if puppy should die from any of these illnesses within the 14 day warranty period, Clingmey Keeshonden must be contacted within 3 days of death, and a replacement puppy will be provided of same sex and breed from the next available litter, or the purchase price of the puppy will be refunded. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a written veterinarian statement as to the cause of death, and if requested by Clingmey Keeshonden to have said puppy sent to a major university for posting. Clingmey Keeshonden also guarantees the puppy for a term of 6 months from date of birth against any heart and limb disorders that are life threatening. Both the buyer and the seller hereby understand that all veterinarian fees from date of purchase are the buyer’s responsibility including vaccinations and de-worming. If somewhere in your future you feel you are not able to care for this puppy Clingmey Keeshonden must be contacted 1st so that we can assist in re-homing this dog. Under NO circumstances is this Keeshond to ever end up in any animal shelter. If the puppy/dog is to be returned to Clingmey there will be no refund of any monies. Puppy is to be spayed/neutered by 10 months of age. Clingmey Keeshonden offers no other guarantees on this Keeshond.
Puppy is to be seen by the Buyer’s veterinarian within 5 days If this is not done, guarantee is null and void. Veterinary costs are never reimbursed. If your Vet finds the puppy to be unhealthy for any reason, a FULL written report by your Licensed Veterinarian must be sent to Breeder to rectify your situation within 24 hours of your Vet’s exam. If the Report is
received by Breeder, and deemed by our Vet to be accurate, Buyer will have the following options:
1.) You may exchange puppy for another puppy.
2.) You may return the puppy for a Full Refund.
3.) Puppy MUST be RETURNED BEFORE Refund or Exchange is made.
4.) If the puppy should develop a contagious disease within the 7 days of receipt of puppy, you have the same options as mentioned above with the Licensed Vet’s report being given to breeder within 24 hours of Puppy’s exam of said illness and Breeders Vet deems to be accurate.
5.) CLINGMEY KEESHONDEN does not make any guarantee as to breeding or show capabilities of the animal, and same will not be held liable for any failure in attempts at breeding or showing. CLINGMEY KEESHONDEN is selling this puppy for companion purposes only; any other use of dog by Purchaser is not covered in any way by this guarantee.
6.) In the event of any legal actions arising from or in connection with this guarantee, then CLINGMEY KEESHONDEN will be paid for all attorney fees by the Buyer. Jurisdiction and/or venue of any litigation arising out of or related to this contract shall lie exclusively in the county and state in which CLINGMEY KEESHONDEN operates their breeding business at the time of purchase
