We are committed to providing you with the healthiest, most well-adjusted and happy whippet possible. We breed only whippets with health clearances and good lineage. Furthermore, we spend a lot of time socializing our puppies and exposing them to a variety of sights, sounds and people.
Health Guarantee
Seller warrants that the above-described puppy/dog is in good health at the time Buyer assumes ownership. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 business days of purchase. If, as a result of the examination, the veterinarian determines that the puppy/dog is not in good health then the buyer may elect to return the puppy/dog to the seller for a full refund of the purchase price. If the buyer elects to return the puppy, Buyer shall, within 48 hours of the examination, send the seller by certified mail a written veterinarian's certificate stating that the puppy/dog was ill when examined. Upon receipt by Seller of said certificate, Buyer shall be obligated to return the puppy/dog to the Seller at the Buyer's expense. Upon receipt of the puppy/dog, the Seller shall be obligated to refund all monies received by the Buyer toward the purchase price of the puppy/dog, and further performance under this contract shall be null and void. All action taken to return the puppy shall be done with the best interest of the puppy/dog in mind. To include but not limited to nonstop flights if shipping is required.
Seller warrants that the puppy/dog sold here under is progeny of animals free of genetic defects at the time of breeding. If, at any time during the life of the dog, it develops health problems which in the opinion of a licensed veterinarian are likely to be of an inherited nature and unexpected in a dog of that age, and which will interfere with the dog’s function as a companion, Buyer agrees to contact Seller. Buyer may return dog and receive a replacement puppy/dog of like quality from the next available litter, or keep the dog and if mutually agreed that the problem is likely to be of an inherited nature, Breeder may rebate up to a maximum of 100% of purchase price, depending on the age and condition of the dog when the problem is diagnosed. If the Buyer chooses a replacement puppy/dog, Buyer and Seller shall make prompt arrangements (within 10 days) of receipt of certified letter and veterinarian certificate for return of the puppy/dog sold herein to the seller. Buyer shall be responsible for taking good and reasonable care of the puppy/dog until Seller receives it. Costs and related expenses of returning the puppy/dog to Seller shall be the obligation of the Buyer.
