Your puppy is guaranteed to be healthy, that is to say there are no health problems at the time of placement. This puppy is guaranteed for the first year of his life against any life threatening genetic illness providing that the puppy is kept on Nu-Vet Vitamin wafers. In the unlikely event of a life threatening genetic illness, the puppy should be returned to seller immediately with a statement from a licensed veterinarian stating that the puppy has an irreversible life threatening illness and the puppy will be replaced upon confirmation of seller's vet. In order for this guarantee to be effective, buyer has a period of seventy-two (72) hours to have this puppy examined by the veterinarian of their choice. It is buyer's responsibility to inform seller with a written statement that this puppy has been seen and will continue to have regular veterinary care. Under no circumstances will seller be responsible for any expenses incurred by buyer. It is buyer's responsibility for transportation of the puppy. If the puppy should have to be replaced seller will have a six (6) month grace period to produce a replacement. Although this puppy has had it's first round of shots and several wormings, seller can not be responsible for any disease or parasites in the environment. It is buyer's responsibility to continue veterinary care, preventative shots and preventative worm treatments of this puppy after it leaves seller's premises. This guarantee DOES NOT cover fleas, ticks, mange of any sort, parasites, worms, or common Bulldog ailments as they are not considered life threatening and can be easily prevented or corrected with proper veterinary care. Although buyer has the right to show or breed this animal, seller DOES NOT guarantee that this dog will be show quality or the fertility of the animal.
