The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. Our pet collies are sold with AKC limited registration papers provided upon proof of sterilization. Pups must be sterilized by 6 month of age and adults must be sterilized within 30 days of purchase if we have not already sterilized them.

We guarantee the health of our dogs .

Our dogs must be returned to us should the new owners be unable to keep them for any reason.

Full contract will be sent to purchaser for signing.
