Warranty
Our Great Danes are in good condition, health, sound temperament, and free of communicable diseases at the time of sale. Our Great Danes are given all vaccines appropriate for the age and are de-wormed. Buyer has 3 days from the purchase and/or delivery date to have the Great Dane examined by a Licensed Veterinarian (Buyer will pay all veterinarian fees). If the Great Dane is deemed to have a life threatening congenital illness, the Buyer, with Veterinarian Certified documentation of the condition, may return the Great Dane to the Seller for a full refund of the price of the Great Dane (not including fees, veterinary bills, transportation costs, ect.) or for a replacement Great Dane of equal value. Failure to have the Great Dane examined within the above time limit will nullify our health warranty. European lineage and stress (i.e. from shipment) may result in Haw Eye, Entropion, Cherry eye, or Third Eyelid Eversion which are not covered by our Warranty or our Guarantee.

Our European Great Danes are free of genetic abnormalities, to the best knowledge of the Seller. If the Great Dane presents with the following Genetic defects: Hip or Elbow Dysplasia (results accepted from OFA, PennHIP) not including dyplasia due to old age, Congenital Cardiac Disease (results accepted from OFA), Autoimmune Thyroid Disease (results accepted from OFA), Congenital Wobblers or Congenital Seizure Disorder (results accepted from Veterinarian certified documentation of the condition) the Buyer may return the Great Dane to the Seller for a replacement Great Dane of equal value. Cardiac Hypertropy is not covered under this guarantee as this condition effects almost all Great Danes in their final years and is not a congenital abnormality, as well as Cancer, Gastric Torsion, Parvo, parasites and any other condition not mentioned above is not covered by our Guarantee. This guarantee is for original buyers only and cannot be transferred to secondary parties.
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs may vary by location and include airfare, travel certificate, vaccines, kennel, dishes, food, water bottle (airline permitting), and absorbent bedding. At especially hot times in the year most airlines refuse to ship animal cargo. My shipping policy is as follows:
Shipping costs vary by location and are separate from the price of the puppy. In my experience shipment of a puppy costs an additional $350-$400 within the United States. Puppies are shipped at 8 weeks of age and are certified healthy by a veterinarian before arrival at the airport. If in the unlikely and unforeseen chance that a puppy dies during travel a death certificate or autopsy report from your veterinarian must be received within 24 hours of flight arrival. After receipt of this documentation a replacement puppy of equal value will be sent as soon as possible. The owner is responsible for the new shipping costs incurred to transport a replacement puppy. Please note: no refunds will be given.
*I have successfully shipped to California, Conneticut, Florida, Guam, Hawai'i, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, & Washington.
