Ten Day Viral Warranty:
Buyer agrees to have this animal examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours after possession.
Seller guarantees this animal to be free from any fatal viruses, including Parvo, Distemper, and Corona and in good health to the best of their knowledge unless otherwise stated here ________________ for a period of ten days from the date of purchase. This is the "incubation period" of the viruses.
One Year Temperament Guarantee:
The Titan Doberman puppy being purchased has received proper socialization for his/her age and the buyer understands that they must continue to socialize the puppy. It is highly recommended that the puppy be taken to a puppy obedience class by four months of age and a refresher course by twelve months of age. Titan Doberman will guarantee the puppy’s temperament for one year ONLY if the puppy has been spayed/neutered per the contract and has proof of completion of at least two obedience classes. If all criteria are met Titan Doberman will take back the puppy (along with AKC certificate) and replace him/her with another puppy free of charge. This guarantee is only valid for the original puppy purchased. No other guarantees on temperament are made.
Four Year Warranty:
For four years from the date of birth the Doberman puppy is guaranteed to not develop the following conditions: Malignant Histiocytosis, Crippling Hip Dysplasia, Canine Granulocytopathy (Leukocyte Adhesion Protein Deficiency), Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Endocardiosis, Mitral Valve Defects, Persistent Right Aortic Arch (vascular ring anomaly), Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia, Albinoid Syndrome, Chronic Active Hepatitis, Diabetes Mellitus, Pancreatic Hypoplasia, Portosystemic Shunt (Extrahepatic), Portosystemic Shunt (Intrahepatic), Dancing Doberman Disease, Masticatory Myositis (Atrophic Myositis), Doberman Pinscher Lower Motor Neuron Disease, Narcolepsy (Cataplexy), Sensory Ganglioradiculitis, Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Cryptorchidism (only in males placed with breeding rights), Pseudohermaphrodite (Only if sold with breeding rights), XO Syndrome (Turner's Syndrome) (Only if sold with breeding rights), Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia (Immotile Cilia Syndrome), Hemivertebra, Lumbosacral Stenosis (Spinal Stenosis), Spinal Bifida, Wobbler Syndrome (Cervical Spondylolisthesis, Cervical Vertebral Instability, CVI), Renal Aplasia (Renal Agenesis).
Lifetime Guarantee:Puppies are guaranteed to never have a bleeding issue due to vWD. All puppies produced by Titan Doberman will be either vWD clear or carrier.
IN ADDITION:
The buyer agrees that, should he ever decide to part with this dog that the seller will have first right of refusal. Should the buyer’s situation change in that he can no longer care for this dog, he must notify the seller immediately. The seller will take the dog back or assist in finding a suitable home for it. AT NO TIME will this Titan Doberman be surrendered to a shelter or humane society.
