The above described puppy has been sold as pet only with pending AKC Limited Registration. The buyer is required to have the puppy spayed/neutered before any AKC registration papers are sent to buyer.
The AKC papers will be held by the breeder until the spay/neuter confirmation is received and verified by breeder. Veterinarian conformation is required. A licensed Veterinarian must supply the breeder with a written conformation and be signed with his license number, phone number and address.
By the signature below, I,_____________________(new owner), agree to have this puppy spayed/neutered by no later than ____________ (the date puppy turns 7 months old) and I understand that this spay/neuter agreement is an agreement that this dog will not produce a litter of puppies either as purposely bred or by accidental breeding.
By accepting the above described puppy, the buyer agrees to be bound by the provisions of this Spay/Neuter Agreement.

Then after the proof has been provided to breeder, you will receive the A.K.C. registration application papers, by mail.
