Guarantees:
All puppies are guaranteed to be free of communicable disease at time of sale. (Parasites withstanding). Buyer must have puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hrs from date of delivery. Failure to do so will result in all guarantees being canceled. We accept no responsibility for any communicable diseases after 72 hrs.
If a serious health problem is noted during the above examination, we must receive a written statement from buyer’s vet within 7 days of examination. Upon verification by our vet of stated health problem, puppy must be returned to us at our expense. When available, puppy will be replaced.
The hips of above puppy are guaranteed to not develop crippling HD or DJD before the age of 26 months. All claims for poor hips must be submitted prior to the dog being 26 months of age. One of the following; OFA or PennHip report and/or a copy of x-ray MUST accompany claims.
Epilepsy and heart conditions are also covered up to the age of 26 months. Written verification must be provided by buyer’s vet and diagnosis agreed upon by our vet.
Buyer understands and agrees that health issues may occur with any dog and Windy Pine is NOT responsible for any medical bills or expenses caused by these issues.
Under NO circumstances do we grant cash refunds or accept any liability for medical expenses, veterinarian fees, or any other expenses related to the care of buyer’s corso.
In the event that one of the covered conditions, stated above, does happen, Windy Pine fully stands behind our dogs. We will replace the effected puppy with one of the same value from an upcoming litter. We DO NOT require that the effected puppy be return.
Note- Cherry eye and Entropian are considered cosmetic problems and are not covered by our guarantee. However, if either occurs while in our procession, we will fix it at no additional charge.
