It is not, nor does it imply, a guarantee by QualityDogs.com, an endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this guarantee, or any verification of this guarantee by QualityDogs.com. This Doberman is guaranteed by Unbreakable Dobermans as follows:

To the best of the breeder's knowledge, this Doberman is free of communicable diseases and that at time of sale the Doberman was in excellent health. The Doberman has received appropriate medical inoculations and care. Breeder will provide Buyer with a copy of the puppy’s medical record detailing medical treatment Doberman has received under Breeder’s care and future recommended care Breeder feels is essential to puppy's well being and continued good health. Buyer is required to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours for a general health examination by their own Veterinarian to validate this warranty. If during this health exam the Doberman is found to have a serious fatal health problem, the Buyer must return the Doberman with the Veterinarian’s written certification as to the health problem. Upon return of the Doberman along with the Vet certification, and registration papers, the buyer will receive another Doberman of equal value. Return of the Doberman must be done within the 72 hours of Buyer’s Vet determination.

If this dog develops Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus or Para influenza within 7 days after placement, notify Breeder immediately; return the dog, registration papers and a written signed verification from a licensed Veterinarian stating the disease or condition to the Breeder. We will refund the purchase price of the pup, or reserve a puppy from our next available litter.

Two Year Health Guarantee:
If your dog dies from Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus or Parainfluenza before the age of two years, notify the Breeder immediately; return the Registration papers to the Breeder along with a written signed veterinary statement, stating the nature of demise, and we will replace the dog with another at no charge (less ear cropping and shipping charges).

Two Year Hip Dysplasia Guarantee:
If before the age of two years, your Doberman is found to be crippled from hip dysplasia by a licensed veterinarian, notify the Breeder immediately; return the dog along with the Registration papers to the Breeder and a written signed veterinary statement, and we will replace the dog with another of equal value at no charge (less ear cropping and shipping charges).

Three Year Congenital Health Guarantee:
If before the age of three years, a licensed veterinarian finds a fatal condition in your Doberman that dates from the prenatal or fetus stages, notify the Breeder immediately. Registration papers and a written signed statement from a licensed veterinarian stating the fatal condition must be provided to the Breeder. Further proof may be required. We will replace the dog with another of equal value, at no charge (less ear cropping and shipping charges, if applicable).

Breeder guarantees that if your Doberman should die or become crippled from the aforementioned by their respective given time frames from a genetically caused problem, the Breeder will provide you with another puppy from the next available litter. Buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of ear cropping and shipping, if applicable. A licensed Veterinarian's necropsy report must be provided to the Breeder. Common parasites, fleas, ticks, worms, Coccidia, etc. are not cause for replacement as they are not genetic problems. The Breeder does not guarantee that this is a show puppy, suitable for breeding nor does the Breeder guarantee the size of this puppy.

Limitations of All Guarantees:
These guarantees apply to original owner and original dog only, guarantees are non-transferable.. Should the dog be in need of immediate veterinary treatment of a covered illness, the Breeder must be notified at once, and all possible humane measures to treat the dog be attempted or no replacement or compensation will be given.
