Except for a limited number of exceptional puppies selected by the breeder, all puppies are sold with Limited AKC registration to be spayed/neutered as family pets or livestock guardians.
The puppy must have adequate care and training, and all precautions must be taken to ensure the longevity and health of the dog.
The puppy must have appropriate care including, but not limited to, quality food, shelter, and routine veterinary care, including immunizations, heartworm/flea/tick preventative. If at any time the dog needs veterinary care, especially that above and beyond routine care, the buyer must seek veterinary care for the dog.
Under no circumstances will the Buyer sell, give away, or otherwise transfer ownership of this dog to a family member, friend, or other individual without first contacting Eriphos Farm/Eva Seals. The buyer shall not ever sell, give away, or otherwise transfer ownership of this dog to a buyer, broker, or any other organization or surrender to a shelter/pound/rescue group. If, at any point during the dog’s life, for any reason, the buyer is unable/unwilling to keep the dog, the dog must be returned to the seller without refund. The buyer must also contact the Seller before euthanizing or otherwise disposing of the dog, except in the cases of extreme medical emergency.
