To the best of the breeder’s knowledge this puppy/dog is free of disease and defects at the date of this sale. The buyer will have 72 hours from the time of transfer to have the puppy checked by a veterinarian of their choice at their own expense. If the buyer’s 72 hour vet exam reveals that the puppy is sick or diseased or a genetic defect is found and a vet of the breeder’s choice concurs with the diagnosis, the buyer may return the puppy to the breeder at the buyer’s expense and the cost of the puppy will be applied toward the purchase of a replacement puppy. Notice of intent to return must be given to the breeder within 96 hours of the date of the transfer, along with a statement of writing from the buyer’s vet as to the heath problem. The breeder will make a replacement puppy/dog when one becomes available, and a replacement is the only option. There is no guarantee against accidents. There is no guarantee against sickness not contracted on the breeder’s premises. Breeder will pay no veterinary bills during this period.
Additionally, we carry a two year (from date of birth) guarantee against genetic heart or eye issues. If a genetic defect is found and a vet of the breeder’s choice concurs with the diagnosis, the buyer may return the puppy to the breeder at the buyer’s expense and the cost of that puppy will be applied toward the purchase of a replacement puppy.
